Until August 10, 2020, Baylor Libraries will have expanded access to HathiTrust Digital Library. During this time, we will be unable to check out materials that are available in HathiTrust. With this in mind, please search HathiTrust before making requests. Make sure to sign in before searching. If you are unable to use the digital copy available in HathiTrust, please include your desire for the physical copy in the comments section of your request.

 

Either before searching for materials or once you've found what you're looking for, log in to your OneSearch account using your Baylor credentials. You'll find the link for this in the upper right-hand corner of the library website. 

 

On the record page in OneSearch, in the Availability section, you'll find a section marked REQUEST. Click on the Request option. This will allow you to input the date after which you no longer need the material and submit any other notes to the circulation staff. Select Send Request when you're ready.

 

We ask that you submit no more than 10 request per each curbside pick-up. Requests can only be made for materials in Moody, Jones, and O'Grady locations.

 

You will receive an email with pick-up instructions when you're items are available for pick-up. This email will include the curbside hours and location. You will have two weeks from the day you receive the email to pick up your materials. For basic information, view the FAQ on curbside pick-up.
