Q. What is the processing time for course reserve requests?

At the start of the semester, the processing time for course reserve requests can take between 1-2 weeks due to a high volume of requests being received. Once the semester is underway, the processing time is generally 3-5 days. Purchasing new material or obtaining copyright permission can take up to 4-6 weeks to process, however, so it is best to submit acquisition requests well in advance of the semester start date. All reserve requests are processed in the order in which they are received.
