Q. Where do I check out materials in the Moody and Jones Libraries?

Baylor students, staff, and faculty must present a valid Baylor ID card to check out materials. Spouses of Baylor employees are also eligible for borrowing privileges, provided that they have been issued their own Baylor ID card. Below are checkout locations for materials found in the Moody and Jones Libraries:

• Books and other materials -
  • Main Information Desk (Moody Library, 1st floor)
  • Arts and Special Collections Research Center Desk (Moody Library, 3rd floor)
• Recorded Media (audio, video, etc.) - Arts and Special Collections Service Desk (Moody Library, 3rd floor)
• Physical Course Reserves
  • ​Main Information Desk (Moody Library, 1st floor)
  • Arts and Special Collections Research Center Desk (Moody Library, 3rd floor, for all music/art and media materials)
    • On weekends, and after 6:00 PM on weekdays, Arts Center Reserves can be requested at the Main Information Desk (Moody Library, 1st floor)

• Interlibrary loans - Main Information Desk (Moody Library, 1st floor)
• Technology and AV Equipment Reservations - HelpDesk+ (Moody Library, Garden Level)
