If you're having trouble getting on AIRBEAR with iOS devices (iPhone, iPad), it may be due to a newly issued security certificate update. Try the following:
settings-->Wi-Fi--> select AIRBEAR WPA2
if you are prompted for a password and NOT your BearID, try turning Wi-Fi off and back on and selecting AIRBEAR WPA2 again.
If that doesn't fix it, click the blue dot to the right of the network and click "Forget This Network", then turn Wi-Fi off and back on. it should re-detect AIRBEAR WPA2 and when you choose it this time, it should prompt for BearID and password.
If this does not fix your problem, you can visit the TechPoint desk, or contact them at 254-710-8324 (TECH).
