Question: Why isn't my print job showing up under the printer I want?

The color printers are separated from the monochrome printers by our virtual campus queues:

  • PawPrints_1sided and PawPrints_2sided are B&W queues only.
  • PawPrintsColor_1sided and PawPrintsColor_2sided are COLOR queues only.

Jobs sent to a B&W queue can only be released at B&W printers. The same applies for color printers.
