Question: What does it mean when a WebPrint jobs status says "Queued in position..."?

WebPrint works by using a few dedicated servers to open and print each document for you. This one-at-a-time method can result in a line during heavy traffic. In some rare cases, a dialogue box will popup on a WebPrint server that requires manual interaction from a PawPrints administrator before the next print job can be processed (examples include password-protected docs, merge files that are missing, page size parameters that are too big, etc.).

If the queue position of your WebPrint job does not change after a minute or two, contact us so we can fix things.
