If you have installed PawPrints, are on AIRBEAR WPA2, and the PawPrints app is running and shows your balance, BUT your print jobs hang or error out, read below.
Baylor Internal websites and servers require that you use Baylor's Domain Name Services (DNS) and not public DNS servers. For example, neither Google nor OpenDNS know how to reach printers.2.baylor.edu - only Baylor does.
Here are instructions Google offers to set their DNS servers.

You may find that you see their 8.8.8.8 servers 8.8.4.4 already listed when you look at your network configuration. You will need to follow their steps, but remove all custom DNS servers and allow AIRBEAR WPA2 to automatically configure these.
