Question: Why is my QT2 clicker sending answers, but not recording them?

Your clicker may be in Messaging Mode. Messaging Mode looks similar to the basic function of your clicker, however it will not record poll results.

To confirm if you are in Messaging Mode, look at the top of the QT2 screen. If it says Message, you are in Messaging Mode and will need to exit before submitting answers via your clicker. To do so, press the back arrow until you return to the home screen.
