If sound is not coming out of the speakers in the audio booth, there are two solutions you should try.

The first, make sure that the large nob on the mixer is turned to the right. When resetting the booth, we ask patrons to set the monitor volume to zero in order to avoid someone turning on playback and being hit by a very loud monitor.

The second solution is to go to the system preferences and check to make sure that computer audio is set to output through the Scarlett 6i6 mixer and not a different source. This may also need to be done with specific recording programs as well.
