If your print dialogue box says "Printing - Unable to locate printer "[printername]" there are a few things you can try:
- Ensure you have a network connection.
- Are you running the PawPrints client app? It must be open to authenticate.
- Delete the printer and reinstall PawPrints.
If these do not solve the error, follow these instructions to reset your MacOS printing system:
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Printers & Scanners. Select a printer in the list, then right click and choose “Reset printing system.”
NOTE: This will delete all printers and scanners, but provides a clean slate to install PawPrints.
